Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal with ppa:unity-team/ppa

Issue: Dragging a launcher icon half over launcher and desktop during
program start sometimes leaves a ghost image of the icon and unity stops
responding to mouse actions in the presence of this ghost icon image.

Additional info:- Starting the same program again removes the ghost
image and unity starts responding normal again.

Action:
#. Click on Ubuntu Software Center or Gedit or any other program on the 
launcher.
#. While it's starting drag the icon.
#. Drag the icon half over the launcher and desktop.
#. Wait for the program to start.
#. Repeat the above steps a few times
#. observe that a ghost icon image is created and its stuck near the launcher 
as shown in screenshot.
