Ubuntu Chinese Edition 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) Daily Build
issue-1: Restart and Shut down not working. Both 'Restart' and 'Shut down'
are logout the users and take them to the Login page.
- issue-2: After clicked 'Restart', all the desktop files are missing.

All the desktop files are missing could be from the Nautilus crashes
that are plaguing Quantal right now. Perhaps a separate issue from the
shutdown problems, but I don't know for sure. Thanks.
