Coming back after going into

The Ubuntu Kernel Team is planning to move to the 2.6.27 kernel for the
upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release. As a result, the kernel team would
appreciate it if you could please test this newer 2.6.27 Ubuntu kernel.
There are one of two ways you should be able to test:
1) If you are comfortable
This problem also affects the Lenovo 3000 C200 8922-AZG, I am running
feisty i386. The only way to stop the light is to do a full shutdown,
restart does not stop it.

Same here on Acer Travelmate 2400. Power light is orange and constantly
blinking. Under Windows this probably means 'restoring from
hibernation'. I can provide more data, just don't know what would be
helpful.
