unlocking the "Gnome2 Key Storage" in "Passwords and Keys" is what made
it stop. However it relocks on reboot, and it will not let you write a
login pass into the Storage even though it has unlock

Apologies, I believe I have found a solution.
I have 13.04 and loaded up the gnome interface. Since then i've received
the same error.
I opened Passwords and Keys>View>By Keyring
I unlocked the Gnome 2 Key
