There is no Elementary distribution in Launchpad, so I reassign this to
the elementary project. If a derivative modifies the lsb_release output,
it declares itself independent from the corresponding Ubuntu releases,
and I can't know which version of PostgreSQL you are supporting in which
Elementary release. Thus you have to modify p-common in elementary
itself to add your distro release → psql release(s) mapping.
