Public bug reported:

If the machine doesn't have battery devices, then indicator-power will
not show the status of a UPS.  Which is why UPower being broken with
usb-interfaced UPS has gone unnoticed for 6 mos (cross-reference bug
#1091702).

The attached patch will allow a UPS to show as the primary device if
there are no batteries.
