i just tried the noefi on an affected e135 system from the raring live
cd; the symptoms are the same (as described, no wakeup).
after trying to wake the device again, the fan spins up, the only device
led goes to 'on' again, but the device does not react to magic key (alt
print o to power-off).
Could someone test it with noefi as kernel parameter? It is requred for
Lenovo S205 which is built on similar hardware.

it may be disabled, I can't recall if we turn it off by default or not,
so do this:
# cat /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq
if it's a 0, you need to change it to a 1:
# sudo echo 1 /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq

upstream kernel. Would it be possible for you to open an upstream bug
report[0]? That will allow the upstream Developers to examine the
issue, and may provide a quicker resolution to the bug.
