First I stop using the desktop effects. (Unticked them both)
Then I reopened the desktop effects window.
Right Clicked on the workspace window on bottom left corner of the desktop.
Clicked Preferences and

Wohoo took effect. Only used Ubuntu for 5 hours. And love it...Nice
