Just updated one of my edgy boxes to feisty. It reports the download
speed as kb/s (bits) when it should be kB bytes.

On 10/1/07, when performing a dist-upgrade from fiesty to gutsy I saw
the same defect. When I executed find / -name *.py -exec grep
Fetching file {} \; -print on my machine, two python files seem to
have the offending issue: /usr/lib/python2.4/site-
packages/DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeViewGtk.py
