It still doesn't work with the latest updates! xorg.conf says 1440x1440 which is totally wrong. xrandr reports 1152x864 as the highest supported resolution so does displayconfig-gtk. If I select 'LCD Panel 1440x900' in displayconfig-gtk 1024x768 is the highest possible resolution to choose...

Are the changes to the monitor definitions going to be applied to displayconfig-gtk as well, or just kde-guidance? I'm seeing the same problem in Gnome; 1440x900 isn't listed in the available modes for the generic 1440x900 LCD model provided. Alternatively, how can I define my own monitor models?
