In karmic it was the same color as the default panel background. Evil saltine, we do not provide Windows support in here. You would better post your question in aMule forums. By the way this bug has been resolved in Ubuntu Hardy LTS. I can confirm that the problem is still there. I use Kubuntu Gutsy. Everything is upgraded. I have attached screen dump. Steps to reproduce: 1: Set background image on desktop 1 to a dark image. 2: Set background image on desktop 2 to a light image. 3: Set Kicker to be transparent. 4: Go to desktop 1 and start aMule. 5: Go to desktop 2. 6: Observe that the background around the aMule icon is not transparent. I have news about this bug. It appears that the aMule tray icon becomes transparent only on the desktop on which aMule has been started. When you go to another desktop (with another wallpaper), the icon is no longer transparent.
