I've noticed that wl.ko is not loaded in the 26 kernel. Back in the day, I may have worked on WLAN stuff for Ubuntu at Broadcom, so I'll give this a shot. It is hard to debug a network issue though when you only have 1 computer. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of

Any idea whats up with this? I have headers installed for 3.5.0-17 and 5.3.0-26 and can't build for either due to this error. localhost$: /var/lib/dkms/bcmwl/5.100.82.112+bdcom/source$ sudo make KBUILD_NOPEDANTIC=1 make -C /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build M=`pwd` make[1]: Entering directory

Sure I'll give this a go tonight. Will I need to build/load the broadcom driver myself, or is support already built in? Either way is no big deal, just give me 12 hours. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu.

Joseph Salisbury, I install the latest v3.9 kernel (rc3-raring) and booted into it. Wireless does not work in it as well. Running ifconfig does not show wlan0. I have added kernel-bug-exists-upstream to the tags and changed bug status to Confirmed. ** Tags added: kernel-bug-exists-upstream **
