While I am Downloading 8.10, I have been able to reproduce in 8.04 -
Hardy. ON a 2Ghz dual core system, the game is always hogging 1 core.
The version in Hardy is 1.9.3-16ubuntu2.

This is true. It appears that with CriticalMass I also see this.
However, with Falconseye it is somewhat more disruptive to the audio and
gameplay, many other games just seem to cope.

Same problem here but I discovered that ALL games using sdl shoot my CPU
to 100% (AthlonX2 3800+)
