Can you run 'apport-collect 1160790' after a suspend and the system runs
slow? There are a couple of other tests that I'd like to perform after
checking those logs for an obvious cause, but first lets have a look to
see if anything is logged.

Pity that we can't disable the hybrid gpu setup, that would have been
very useful to simplify the tests. :|

I cannot disable the nvidia card in the bios version I have...

I updated my system just now.  Resuming from sleep seems fixed.
Resuming from suspend is not..  System becomes very sluggish. Only reboot fixes 
that.

Can I give anything, logs, etc?
