Can you run 'apport-collect 1160790' after a suspend and the system runs slow? There are a couple of other tests that I'd like to perform after checking those logs for an obvious cause, but first lets have a look to see if anything is logged. I cannot disable the nvidia card in the bios version I have... I updated my system just now. Resuming from sleep seems fixed. Resuming from suspend is not.. System becomes very sluggish. Only reboot fixes that.
