[Bug 1161012] [NEW] Clamav package adds proxy to config on install and update
Public bug reported: The clamav package adds a proxy config to the files when using an apt caching proxy. Such as using apt-cacher-ng. Since this proxy is meant strictly for apt only, but is configured for clamav, freshclaim fails to download updates cause it's not using a real http proxy.
