Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 13.04, clean install. Noteboot HP Pavilion dv6000
External monitor plugged, computer powered on, everything working fine.
Login interface showed, switching from one screen to the other according to
mouse position.
But after logoff, notebook screen becomes black and only second monitor works,
showing login interface.
Mouse can be moved outside the screen, but there is no image.
