Public bug reported: Version 0.4.1 has a known bug that prevents it from working at all on a new installation (AttributeError: 'Job' object has no attribute 'id'). This bug was fixed in 0.4.2 in July 2012 (and later backported to 0.4.1.1). Upstream bug: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=671635
I see that there is a build for 0.4.2 in raring, but currently i386 only (our server is amd64). I would like for a working version to be ported to 12.04 LTS, as 0.4.1 is the ONLY available version in 12.04 so I can't even downgrade the package in order to have a working rebuildd daemon. --- Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS Release: 12.04 rebuildd: Installed: 0.4.1 Candidate: 0.4.1 Version table: *** 0.4.1 0 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/universe amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ** Affects: rebuildd (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1168565 Title: need working version in LTS To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rebuildd/+bug/1168565/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
