Fix was released in Gutsy, we are unable to backport this to Feisty as
it is not a security issue.

Found the problem!

Compiling Firefox with support for pango (--enable-pango) fixes the
problem. Apparently, pango support is only enabled for some localized
versions of Firefox in Ubuntu.

I know this is a cheap workaround but it solves the problem. Without
pango support, the DPI setting has no effect.

For gutsy we currently have pango enabled for all locales. If we don't
receive any bad feedback, we hopefully can keep it on by default.
