I'm clearing old bugs on Dovecot before the next merge.
This here is really outdated and I have merged recent dovecot versions every
cycle for about the last two years - so we should be as current as we can be.

dovecot is at 1:2.1.7-7 in Debian, with no newer version in Debian
experimental. Since Ubuntu generally follows Debian, to get a newer
version we need the newer dovecot packaged in Debian first.
