After testing out ubuntu 13.04 and linux mint 15 i can confirm wireless
no longer works in both distros, WTF? Something that was fixed in 12.04
via a backport module is now broken in mint 13/ubuntu 13.04? Seriously?

The problem is fixed for me by installing the backports module sudo
apt-get install linux-backports-modules-cw-3.6-precise-generic
Everything is working fine for me now with this kernel - Linux

I found a workaround and finally got this card to work in ubuntu 12.04
/linux mint 13, It's not really a fix though but it works.
