Ideally you should just build it agains the mesa gles dev packages, and avoid building/linking against libhybris (that's how it'll be done in the archive anyway). Looking at the hybris source, the missing function is now implemented as a runtime dlsym lookup to the Android EGL library. Set to High for Ubuntu because it's blocking Mir development.
