The last update of the kernel, with a lot of other things like lightdm,
libdrm, ... solved the bug. So I close that bug.

option "acpi=off" not good in that case because of
"/usr/bin/X:0-auth/var/run/lightdm/root/:0-nolisten tcp vt7 -novtswitch"
running 50% cpu ,finally starting OK with option "nomodeset" .

Thanx for your comments. I tried another thing that worked the only time I used
it : I started with grub, and I choosed the kernel 3.2.0-44 instead of 3.2.0.48.

But otherwise booting in recovery mode and "resume" was successfull
