Since the bug is still in my fully updated Ubuntu 13.10 (and the bug is
marked fix released in bug #1144558 ) I think my bug isn't a
duplicate.
So there is still a bug within firefox / Xorg / linux-drm-intel.
Chromium is rendering everything fine btw.

But I'm too untechnical to be able to say yes this is a duplicate. If
