Pawel, I'm closing this bug since it sounds like you no longer can reproduce this bug with the Ubuntu 13.10 packages. Keyboard shortcuts work fine for me here too. For now, I reverted to gnome-shell 3.8.4 and reinstalled ubuntu to ubuntu gnome 13.10 beta 1. Hello, Unfortunately mainline kernel does not fix this bug. It looks like any shortcut with combined keys doesn't work.
