Framework ubuntu-sdk-13.10 not present on
Use the provided --force-missing-framework option for now.
Creating the framework declaration is up to some suitably top-level
package in the SDK; I'm sure it's not qtcreator but I'm reassigning it
there in the hope that that will get attention from the right people.
