As discussed yesterday, agreed that a comment to the docs +
recommendation would make sense (especially as listDocs() would be used
for debugging purpose)

Using Query is apparently less obvious than resorting to listDocs. It
might be sensible to add an explicit to the docs that deleted documents
will be included and the recommended use is via Query.

This also happens when you use db.listDocs() API, which is kind of
confusing.
