Experienced this bug now.
For now, if you want to take a screenshot of a window:
1. press and hold Print Screen
2. press and hold Alt
3. release Print Screen (and then Alt)
This seemed to work for me, but it shouldn't be necessary.

I don't believe that this bug is a duplicate of bug #1169904. The
problem arises *before* the Save Screenshot dialog box appears.
