(note that the login sound is turned off by default and that we don't
have an UI way to turn it back on, it requires adding a startup command
or .desktop manually to get the sound in use ... not sure what users
manage to do that/if there is a point to try to get that change in
before release if
This is clearly outside the bounds of final freeze changes. I don't
see why it can't be an SRU if it's really needed.
