The attachment icu-config.patch seems to be a patch. If it isn't,
please remove the patch flag from the attachment, remove the patch
tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the
team.

Please stop using icu-config, instead use provided pkg-config files.
Icu has transitioned to be multiarch, and thus one can have i686, amd64,
armhf etc libicu-dev's co-installed and icu-config is not flexible
enough to tell one which one should be used.
pkg-config on the other hand can resolve
Please help affected projects to check pkg-config first for icu, and
only if not available fall back to icu-config.
