The package network-manager-kde does not seem to contain the actual
knetworkmanager executable. The man page is there, the documentation, the
configuration, but not the executable. This is the list of installed files:

/usr
/usr/share
/usr/share/lintian
/usr/share/lintian/overrides
I'm reopening this bug. The package knetworkmanager doesn't exist for me:
