Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped: * Added missing libs to link, fixing FTBFS. * Fakesync from Debian unstable, no Ubuntu changes. Readd epoch. Missing libs fixed in Debian release 2.10-3.1. Debian version has had the epoch bumped to allow for sync. Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: Rox 2.10 was released in July 2009. Version 2.11 includes several bug fixes and the new Debian packaging should be easier to support for the upcoming LTS.
