Sorry for delay, was working with upstream to get the migration running
successfully.
Migration is handled by nepomukbaloomigrator binary which is part of
nepomuk-core and gets run once after upgrade.
Testing is covered by our new comprehensive test cases, here's the relevant one
for Plasma
