Required in Main as a build-dep of qscintilla2 with Qt5 support and is
consistent with the overall goal of heading for Qt5 everywhere.
Robustly maintained in Debian and in Ubuntu by both the Kubuntu team and
Canonical Ubuntu Engineering.
