I just compared the behaviour to how it was in Feisty. Indeed, in Feisty tooltips immediately disappear when you leave the icon that has the tooltip(without Desktop Effects). With Gutsy, they do not disappear when moving the mouse anywhere, but only after some timeout. During that timeout you

On my system, it takes anywhere from 1 to 10 seconds for the panel tooltips to go away. This means that the Desktop can be blocked for 10 seconds. I just checked with the tooltips from within Firefox (e.g. back icon), and they disappear immediately. Note that I have switched off Desktop Effects,

I would like to confirm this bug. I'm using Gutsy Tribe 4 with Desktop effects and nvidia restricted drivers. Basically, the tool tip does not immediately disappear when you move the mouse, and all further input seems blocked. I say seems blocked, because the input does not actually register
