Apparently this is a debian packaging issue:

But still, I file this here as it is Ubuntu for the end user that screws
things up - either go back to libsqllite 3.7 oder provide a properly
built Clementine... shouldn't be hard to fix
Using this repository with Clementine 1.2.3 fixes the bug, so please
upgrade within Ubutun to the same version!
