I was able to make the package Install by removing the following files: * /boot/config-3.13.0-24-generic * /boot/System.map-3.13.0-24-generic * /boot/vmlinuz-3.13.0-24-generic * /boot/abi-3.13.0-24-generic And then apt-get upgrade -f This way the package doesn't try to backup the files and the
