A missing replaces: from rpcbind against the version of libc-bin in 12.04
means that upgrades may fail if libc-bin and rpcbind aren't unpacked in the
right order.
[Test case]
- 1. Install rpcbind on 12.04.
- 2. dist-upgrade to 14.04.

Had to revise the test case because this isn't necessarily reproducible
with a straight dist-upgrade due to arbitrary apt ordering, but I've
confirmed this fix now.

overwrite
I confirm this bug in the rpcbind package.
This is an issue specific to upgrades from precise; no fix is needed for
utopic. (A wrong fix is included via Debian; I have reopened Debian bug
#734903 with regards to this.)
