Public bug reported: Since Ubuntu 13.10 my computer needs the additional driver "video driver for AMD graphic cards by fglrx". However, while installing (K)Ubuntu I don't have that driver. So I can only use my computer for about 10 seconds, then have to wait for about 30 seconds while it's frozen until I have another 10 seconds to click on the next item. Before Ubuntu 13.10 the driver that ubuntu provided automatically worked just fine.
