AH, *X*ubuntu.
Stock Ubuntu includes libqt5xml5 by default, so we probably neglected to
add it as an explicit dependency.
I'll set this to triaged, the work to do is add a depends on libqt5xml5
to checkbox-gui.

Some more information. The checkbox-gui binary *is* linked against
libQt5Xml.so.5:
