Public bug reported: Hey, the current version of efibootmgr has a small ordering bug that causes, at least on x240, a duplicated boot entry to be added to UEFI, breaking the boot - UEFI resets everything to default values, and you have to boot from usb stick to fix uefi entries. There is an upstream patch that fixes it, and it would be great if we could add it.
