I built a Docker container based on Ubuntu Bionic, and just installed package
jekyll.
Running jekyll with either `jekyll serve` or `jekyll build` works properly for
me.

I can confirm this, and at least on Ubuntu 14.10 Launchpad bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jekyll/+bug/1422020 is also
related to this. Both bugs have to be fixed to make jekyll work.
