I have the same problem! To Patrick: thanks for posting... I would have got crazy about this otherwise. To Ubuntu bug managers: please assign priority to this bug and make sure that fix is backported to the ubuntu kernel. Incidentally, this bug breaks the possibility of using owncloud with webdav.
