Updated the bios today and no change. Wireless is still hardlocked and
bluetooth is disabled

I have tried turning the physical switch located on the side of the
computer

the very top line at the top of the page (the release names are
irrelevant for testing in your release) following
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds ? It will allow additional
upstream developers to examine the issue.
Bryan, as per http://download.lenovo.com/express/ddfm.html an update to your
BIOS is available (2ACN37WW). If you update to this following
