I booted kernel 2.6.22-10-generic and linux-restricted-modules-2.6.22-10-generic
work as expected.
Must be something between 2.6.22-10 and 2.6.22-11.

After booting 2.6.22-11 again everything works. :)
Maybe it was something like a upgrade-without-boot
or hibernating, don't know.
