First, I want to ensure the following isn't being tripped on here https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Addresses_and_References,_Absolute_and_Relative . If this isn't, could you please test one of the 5.x PPAs via https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice and advise if this is still reproducible? I am facing the same issue, on 2 separate files. Calc keeps removing the sheet names from the formulas even before saving sometimes, but after switching from sheet to sheet. Attached is my spreadsheet. The issue is on the first sheet, Columns BZ to CG. I have previous saved versions in this document, and in the most recent one, these calculations are correct, so you can see what they are supposed to look like.
