Daniel,
Whats worth waiting for? 0.4.8 in sid is quite stable and contains most
of the patches applied to 0.4.9. The differences between 0.4.3 and
0.4.8 are immense and quite valuable! Near as I can tell pretty
backwards compatible too.
Please push 0.4.8 into Hardy if possible.

builds both I presume.

err, nevermind. I thought for some reason librsync meant python-rsync
which doesn't even exist. I'm insane after all.

Please sync to new lenny/sid packages. 0.4.8 ads a very vital mode
called 'remove-all-but-n-full' as well as a backup option called
'--full-if-older-than'.. These changes make writing a daily backup
script incredibly easy, and can insure that all incremental backups are
always *after* a full

I've tested it on my server (Ubuntu Feisty, using the FTP backend) and have
just tested it locally (Gutsy) for a file://-type backup.
There should be no regressions, but a lot of bugfixes instead.
