I'm going to mark it as Invalid for unity-scope-click, because the
Apps scope already shows translated names for apps that provide it in
the .desktop file, and the Ubuntu Store scope already shows translated
titles for click packages that are added to
https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com
If any apps (or many!) don't have a translated title in a given
language, it should be reported for each individual app so the app
developer can fix the .desktop file, or add the corresponding text under
the Translation header in https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com
