Public bug reported: The Lubuntu-software-center said it could not authenticate user when trying to install package "mplayer" for youtube. A window prompt appeared saying "You are not allowed to perform this action, You don't have the required privileges to perform this action". I believe the application was suppose to prompt for a password. Instead, I have to open the program from a terminal using this command, "sudo lubuntu- software-center". I am using the daily spin of Lubuntu 64bit 20150317.
