I am sorry, The problem had nothing to do with the server or virt-
manager. The DNS server on the network was misbehaving. Once fixed,
everything began working again. The fact it occured after a UBUNTU
update was an unfortunate coincidence

Title:
  virt-manager 14.04 server, worked fine until this morning. Now when I
  try to start a VM on this server I get Error: viewer connection to
  hypervisor host got refuse or disconnected!
