The gdk-pixbuf loaders.cache problem is already covered in bug #1282294 In any case it is just a warning that should not block the upgrade. I assume the clues are in VarLogDistupgradeMainlog.txt : 2015-04-24 21:55:16,256 WARNING no activity on terminal for 300 seconds (Applying changes)
